Portland Bible College is an educational ministry of City Bible Church in Portland, Oregon. Since it’s founding in 1967 by Pastor Dick Iverson, PBC has been equipping students with strong biblical teaching and leadership training. Most recently PBC reached a milestone when the State of Oregon recognized them with a degree-granting status (not to be confused with accreditation) so that instead of offering certificates and diplomas, PBC can now offer Associate and Bachelor degrees in both Oregon, and most recently, Washington state.
That being said, we are proud to announce that The Rock Church Monroe is officially an extension campus of Portland Bible College! This means that The RC School of The Bible can now offer PBC courses for credit, taught locally by our instructors. Classes can either be taken for credit or audit. Credit-seeking students receive PBC degree credits upon the completion of classes. (Audit students receive knowledge!!!)
Procedure for credit-seeking students:
Obtain an application for RC School of the Bible from the Information Kiosk or the RC office. Fill out and submit the application to the RC office upon completion with a wallet sized head-shot photo, a Biographical statement, $35 non-refundable application fee, official transcripts (if obtainable) and references.
