Core Values

At the heart of our church we hold some core values very closely which affect our philosophies, ministry style and life applications. These values are:

WORD: God communicates to us through His Word. We proclaim with boldness and authority the truth of the Bible. We read the Word daily and apply God’s principles to life. We will not manipulate God’s Word to suit our situation.

FAITH: We build ourselves up on the most holy faith. We trust in God who leads us. We know tomorrow holds the harvest of seed planted today. We believe He will be faithful in all things. We believe in each other. We have faith to accomplish.

PRAYER: We pray. We expect prayer to captivate the heart of God. We know prayer moves the hand of God, through two-way communication with God.

WORSHIP: We worship to set the atmosphere and invite the presence of God. Our lives are an expression of worship twenty-four/seven.

EXCELLENCE: We pursue excellence in every endeavor. We learn from our mistakes. We value the experience equally with the results. We work together as a team. Everything we put our hand to prospers. We value people more than results and approach results with expectation. We increase with every experience.

CREATIVITY: We are created to be creative. We communicate and present truth with relevance. We value arts and technology as innovative tools to lead people to Christ.

PASSION: We live passionately. We love passionately. We pray passionately. We work with passion. We play with passion. We sleep with passion. When we put our hand to something we do it passionately. We pursue God with passion. We relate passionately.

ORDER: We serve a God of order. Order provides us a safe environment for the Holy Spirit to move. We are a church of order.

RELATIONSHIP: We put God first in our relationships. We uphold true, honest and caring relationships with Godly accountability. We celebrate the diversity of all generations. We seek first to understand then to be understood.

GENEROSITY: Generosity is our lifestyle. We execute strategic, abundant and sacrificial giving. Our generosity brings results.

INTEGRITY: We uphold the highest standards to develop the strongest character. We keep His commandments. We keep our word. We are honest, truthful and carry through with commitments. We live with respect and honor in our ministry life as well as our private life. We follow through with our financial commitments. We value accountability and learn from our peers.
