If you choose to love God in your state of brokenness, in your state of your fractured heart, you'll have something restored to you that you could have never deserved or earned. That even if you had been all perfect and never given your heart away, and it had never been broken, it wouldn't be better than what God's plan is for you. Don't wait for your heart to be whole before you do anything for God, do stuff for God while your heart is in pieces and watch Him mend your heart right there.
